Position Summary:

The Junior Project Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial documentation for our projects. This position involves supporting Project Accountants and Contract Coordinators with daily operations, including understanding change orders, payroll, and invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure precise financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the flow of financial documents among team members.
  • Collect and manage outstanding invoices.

  • Handle change orders and subcontractor invoices.
