Project Manager Opportunity

The Talent Mine is seeking a skilled Project Manager with electrical experience to join our team. This is a stable opportunity with a reputable client in the professional trades arena, with a portfolio of projects including SEATAC airport and the Seattle Convention Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry, MEP coordination, or electrical field experience at a foreman level
  • Experience with all aspects of project management, including budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Working knowledge of construction drawings
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Bluebeam/Adobe
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior Electrician experience, Construction Management degree, or other related education/certifications
  • Ability to estimate
  • Experience with Accubid
  • Experience in BIM Coordination/REVIT

Benefits:

  • Base pay: $150K-$170K DOE
  • Annual bonuses paid to every employee, with potential for additional goal-based bonuses
