Position Overview

Your primary responsibilities will include managing a substantial accounts receivable portfolio, addressing customer inquiries, and conducting credit assessments.

Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
  • Initiate collection communications with business clients
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Identify underlying issues contributing to account delinquencies
  • Monitor and review assigned accounts alongside relevant collection reports
  • Prepare analytical reports for management review
  • Ensure timely follow-up on payment arrangements and customer inquiries
  • Advise management on customer status regarding potential holds or collections
  • Research and address customer deductions
  • Document and maintain records of customer interactions
  • Evaluate credit limits for both new and existing accounts

Qualifications
Required:
  • Experience in a B2B collections environment
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze financial documents
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach

Preferred:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 software
