Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving store-level financial and operational results, leading by example, and ensuring that every guest who enters our store has a positive and inspiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Store-Level Financial and Operational Results: Monitor key performance indicator (KPI) targets and take appropriate action to achieve store targets.
  • Lead by Example: Maximize the sales performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
  • Assist in Hiring, Training, and Developing Team Members: Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Assist the Store Manager: Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store, including ordering, inventory management, and coaching the team.
  • Maintain Visual and Merchandising Standards: Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Enforce Policies and Procedures: Ensure that all policies, procedures, and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
  • Be a Champion of Lolli & Pops: Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
