As CFO, you will guide and develop the finance department, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing enhancement. It is essential to inspire and motivate team members to reach their highest potential while ensuring a positive work environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing clear objectives and providing strategic direction.
  • Ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and offering constructive feedback.
  • Creating and executing succession plans for critical financial roles to maintain operational continuity.

This role requires close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer to align financial strategies with organizational goals.

Job Type:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Master's degree is highly preferred.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with diverse leadership and staff.
  • Experience overseeing facility construction projects from inception to completion is strongly preferred.
