Haselwood Inc is seeking a highly skilled Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, conducting follow-up calls, and collaborating with Service Advisors and Shop Leads to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Answer Inbound Calls**: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a scheduled reservation with our service team.
- **Master Training Materials**: Familiarize yourself with all training materials, including inbound service call guides and Strategic Responses, to accurately answer customer questions.
- **Stay Current with Service Specials**: Keep up-to-date with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from manufacturers to provide informed service to our customers.
- **Meet Key Performance Indicators**: Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators for client service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- **Education**: High School graduation or equivalent.
- **Experience**: One (1) year of retail sales, clerical, or related experience.
- **Computer Skills**: Intermediate computer experience with MS Office.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
