**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Answer Inbound Calls**: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a scheduled reservation with our service team.
  • **Master Training Materials**: Familiarize yourself with all training materials, including inbound service call guides and Strategic Responses, to accurately answer customer questions.
  • **Stay Current with Service Specials**: Keep up-to-date with service specials, direct mail pieces, and recall notices from manufacturers to provide informed service to our customers.
  • **Meet Key Performance Indicators**: Meet or exceed all Key Performance Indicators for client service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • **Education**: High School graduation or equivalent.
  • **Experience**: One (1) year of retail sales, clerical, or related experience.
  • **Computer Skills**: Intermediate computer experience with MS Office.
  • **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
