We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Lititz, PA. This role is responsible for ensuring that all elements of Planning/Scheduling are aligned and accurate by analyzing work requests and creating work orders as needed, developing work order-based job plans, planning maintenance work estimate time and resources, and scheduling all planned jobs.


The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong attention to detail. They will be responsible for daily reviews of completed work orders to check for accuracy and completeness, and then completing them in the CMMS systems.


In addition, the Maintenance Coordinator will ensure that parts and materials are present to complete planned jobs, participate in plant preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance programs, and work with the storeroom to ensure work orders are not scheduled without correct spare parts or kits.


They will also work with the management team to develop and implement maintenance standards and guidelines for master data management to ensure the integrity of the computer system functional design, drive continuous improvement processes, optimize resource utilization, and reduce costs and improve equipment reliability.


We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, paid sick leave, and other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Employees in this role are entitled to benefit packages that start on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
