Position Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop designs for facilities and protection strategies for substation and transmission line apparatus
  • Analyze and interpret protection and control schematics, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring schematics
  • Conduct studies on coordination, voltage drop, fault current, and insulation coordination
  • Engage collaboratively with design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Support project management efforts to ensure efficient task completion
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant engineering role
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working within a team
  • Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in resolving design and development challenges
Desired Qualifications
  • Passed the Engineering Fundamentals Exam
  • Familiarity with project management principles
