Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop designs for facilities and protection strategies for substation and transmission line apparatus
- Analyze and interpret protection and control schematics, one-line diagrams, panel layouts, and wiring schematics
- Conduct studies on coordination, voltage drop, fault current, and insulation coordination
- Engage collaboratively with design teams, contractors, consultants, and clients
- Support project management efforts to ensure efficient task completion
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a relevant engineering role
- Self-motivated and capable of working within a team
- Customer-focused with strong communication abilities
- Proficient in resolving design and development challenges
- Passed the Engineering Fundamentals Exam
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Experience in the utility sector is advantageous
