Job Summary

Amtex Systems Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Peoplesoft Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the daily financial operations and maintenance processes of our Peoplesoft system.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration
    • Administer Peoplesoft system daily financial operations and maintenance processes.
    • Update system configurations based on changing business requirements.
    • Ensure all programs are properly updated and identify and resolve system problems.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Design, develop, and maintain financial reports for General Ledger and Tax entities using nVision and PeopleTools.
    • Ensure monthly nVision reports are run and distributed to store personnel.
    • Troubleshoot discrepancies with Peoplesoft reports.
  • Support and Training
    • Provide full support with UAT and go-live during upgrades and maintenance.
    • Support system internal and external audits and Identity Management (IDM) attestation.
    • Develop system user guide to document procedures and update changes periodically.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with Finance System Analyst and IT Application Support team in monitoring interface of sales audit, payroll, and AP into general ledger.
    • Maintain communication with company personnel external and internal to the department to facilitate information between accounting and operations.

Requirements

  • Peoplesoft expert with experience in Accounts Payable and General ledger.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
