Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver (CNA) to join our team at Arbor Village. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also promoting a culture of wellness and purposeful living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective relationships with residents, family members, and staff
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their profile
  • Implement residents' care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines
  • Blend a variety of multi-sensory experiences into the resident's day
  • Work with the wellness team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Arbor Village
Requirements
  • CNA certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
