- Variety of shift lengths: short and long shifts available

- $22/hr for holders of valid CNA or HCA certifications
- $18.69/hr for those without certifications
- Incremental pay increases every 500 hours of service during your first year if working part-time
- Reimbursement for mileage and compensation for travel time between clients
- Performance-based rewards and bonus opportunities

- Provide personalized in-home care with a focus on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Available for day and evening shifts
- Weekday and weekend shifts are also an option

- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required
- Compensation increases with tenure (every 500 hours during the first year)
- Certification as a Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Washington state is mandatory
