Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our team in Lexington, Massachusetts.
About the RoleThis is a 32 hour per week ongoing position with an estimated salary of $93,500-$107,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to hospital standards.
- Assess patients' needs, plan nursing interventions, provide and implement care, and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- No experience required, but one year medical/psychiatric experience is preferred.
- CURRENT Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems are essential.
