Overview
Crestone Wellness, LLC is seeking a Residential Recovery Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our facility.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to provide direct client care and support to our residents. This includes safely transporting clients to events and appointments, aiding other departments with client needs, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of Crestone Wellness Policy and Procedures
- Act as a liaison between patients and staff, relaying pertinent patient information to appropriate clinical staff
- Supervise daily patient operations and ensure the well-being and safety of residents
- Support staff in enforcing rules and guidelines outlined in the Resident Handbook
- Ensure timely participation of residents in group sessions, individual therapy, outside appointments, and other events
- Provide thorough documentation of services delivered to patients
- Develop therapeutic rapport with the milieu and maintain healthy professional boundaries
- Assist patients with transportation needs when assigned
- Communicate and set limits with culturally diverse patients
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the property and facilities
Requirements:
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate software
