Job Summary:

The Primary Counselor/Therapist is responsible for meeting the clinical needs of clients receiving services in a 24-hour, co-ed, adult substance abuse treatment center at detox & residential (RTC) levels of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and address clinical and psychosocial barriers to a client's recovery
  • Develop and facilitate a treatment plan that supports clients in building their recovery foundation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement a treatment plan

Requirements:

  • A valid Texas Driver's License
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience providing case management services in the mental health or Substance Abuse community

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
