Crestone Wellness, LLC is a leading provider of holistic wellness services. We are seeking a highly skilled Recovery Care Advocate to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Recovery Care Advocate will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our facility. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of Crestone Wellness Policy and Procedures
  • Serving as Liaison between patients and staff, relaying pertinent patient information
  • Supervising daily patient operations and maintaining a sensitive approach to their needs
  • Supporting staff in enforcing rules and guidelines outlined in the Resident Handbook
  • Ensuring timeliness and encouraging participation in group sessions and events
  • Providing thorough and accurate documentation of services delivered to patients
  • Developing therapeutic rapport with the milieu and maintaining healthy professional boundaries
  • Assisting patients with transportation needs and communicating with culturally diverse patients
  • Maintaining the safety of patients and the security of the facility
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the property and facilities
  • Participating in intake and discharge process of patients
  • Instructing recovery-based lectures as assigned
  • Protecting patient confidentiality in accordance with company policy

Demands of the Position

The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear, and frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Language Skills Required

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Environment

The work environment is usually moderate with a neat and clean appearance required.
