About This Role

We are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team at an affiliated dental office. As a valued member of our practice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing top-notch care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and leadership opportunities, making it an ideal fit for dentists who value autonomy and teamwork.

The salary range for this position is $144,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term oral health.
  • Lead a team of dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and treatment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • An active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
