Primary Care Specialist

Penn State Health - Medical Group is seeking a skilled Primary Care Specialist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in the state of Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers. As a Primary Care Specialist, you will follow established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and give specific patient care directions to nursing and other staff.
About the Role- Provide total primary care to patients in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order diagnostic tests and interpret results.
We require a Master's degree in Nursing and current licensure as a Primary Care Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
