Numotion, the premier provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), is on the lookout for a committed Seating Technician to enhance our vibrant team. This role is essential in transforming the lives of individuals with disabilities by delivering tailored mobility solutions and services.

As a Seating Technician, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Completing assemblies of CRT equipment.
  • Delivering and fitting mobility products to align with client needs.
  • Modifying equipment to achieve desired functional outcomes.
  • Providing support to the Assistive Technology Professional (ATP).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Managing delivery vehicles and business accounts effectively.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of services provided.
  • Participating in in-service training sessions.
  • Collaborating with ATPs and clients to deliver exceptional service.

This position demands a high level of integrity and compliance with Numotion's mission and values. The role requires travel up to 75% of the time.

Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $20.00 to $22.00, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability benefits, a 401k plan, and life insurance.

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience.
  • Valid State Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Required Experience:

  • At least one year of relevant mechanical or electrical experience.
  • Experience in assembling and delivering complex equipment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Experience in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
  • History of fostering professional business relationships.
  • Understanding of documentation practices and compliance with company policies.
  • Participation in in-service training sessions.
  • Collaboration with clinical teams to achieve customer functional goals.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with federal regulations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
