Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Specialist to lead the integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions for Summit Technologies Inc. in Washington, DC.

About the Role

This position focuses on modernizing acquisition operations by implementing innovative tools for requirements drafting, source selection, and contract management. The successful candidate will oversee planning, status reporting, task tracking, and risk management for the implementation of COTS modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end configuration, testing, training, and implementation of three acquisition assistance modules: Requirements Development Module, Source Selection Module, and Contract Management Module.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Project Work Plan outlining deliverables, schedules, resource needs, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Provide bi-weekly project status reports detailing technical progress, schedule adherence, risks, and corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Project and operations management experience, preferably in government acquisition or procurement modernization.
  • Expertise in integrating COTS solutions within federal environments.
  • Strong knowledge of federal acquisition policies and practices, including requirements drafting, source selection, and contract management.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
