Key Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Nursing in:

  • Overseeing clinical operations and systems
  • Managing nursing staff schedules, recruitment, and performance evaluations
  • Fostering team cohesion, enhancing morale, and motivating the clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
  • Assisting in the creation and upkeep of nursing programs and initiatives
  • Completing necessary medical documentation, reports, assessments, and records
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

Qualifications:
