About the Role

This Sales Associate position involves providing top-notch customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining store displays and inventory levels.

  • Greet customers and help them find products that meet their needs.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas and stockrooms.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in retail or sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
