About the Job

We are seeking a skilled MEDICARE ADVANTAGE COORDINATOR to join our team at NxT Level. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive exceptional support and care.

In this position, you will navigate our members through their Medicare Advantage plans, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with our diverse membership is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to our members, helping them navigate their Medicare Advantage plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendors to ensure seamless communication and resolution of member issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our members, building trust and confidence in our services.
  • Excel in customer service, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A basic understanding of Medicare Advantage plans and policies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Computer literate, with typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
