This role involves providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring seamless communication with patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for handling various tasks efficiently, including:

  • Clinical Tasks: Performing routine clinical duties to support medical staff, maintaining accurate records, and updating patient information.
  • Front Office Operations: Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and processing billing procedures.
  • Patient Care: Escorting patients to exam rooms, communicating effectively with patients and families, and ensuring a positive experience.
