  • Prepare and deliver performance evaluations for team members.
  • Guide and develop Customer Care Representatives to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries.
  • Manage escalated customer concerns with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain required daily communication metrics.
  • Monitor performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales personnel, and departmental staff through various channels to provide information and answer inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the customer database.
  • Perform administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Report any service-related issues to the appropriate leadership to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in all company-sponsored training sessions.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues at all times.
  • Adhere to all performance and ethical standards.
  • Support fellow Customer Care Team members in achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Act as a mentor for newly onboarded Customer Service Representatives and Dispatchers.
  • Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns and questions promptly.
  • Serve as a representative of the brand.
  • Welcome walk-in customers and provide information about products and services.
  • Collaborate closely with management to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout operational hours.
  • Ensure data accuracy in relevant systems and assist technical teams with their data requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the office environment and manage supply inventory.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts by providing potential candidates with employment information and facilitating the application process.
  • Support office reporting as required.
  • Handle cash transactions securely when necessary.
  • Assist with collections as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
