We are seeking a Production Technician - Entry Level to join our team in Meadville, Pennsylvania. As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of our pet food products. This is an entry-level position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production of pet food products.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Production Technician - Entry Level will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
