We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Founding Consultant to join our team at Titan Innovations. As a key member of our Business Management Consulting department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance to start-ups and entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice on formal processes of the founding process, including trade law and registration formalities.
- Offer expert guidance on various topics such as legal forms, funding opportunities, and financing options.
- Organize information events and workshops for start-ups and participate in subject-specific working groups.
- Serve as a juror in meetings of individual funding programs for start-ups.
- Maintain directories of trades and trade-related commercial trades.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, social sciences, or a comparable qualification.
- In-depth knowledge of business administration and tax law.
- Familiarity with the structure of a business plan and business relationships of financing, profitability, and more.
