Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our Mechanical Engineering practice in Anchorage, Alaska. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, project management, and business development support to our clients in the Federal sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our Mechanical Engineering team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects and services.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional teams on complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and growing our practice.
  • Collaborate with other business lines to identify and pursue new markets and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and processes.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a strong background in project management and business development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and growing business in the Federal sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Professional Engineering license in Alaska, with experience working on U.S. Federal projects.
  • DoD experience, particularly with NAVFAC and USACE, is highly desirable.
