About the Role

Globus Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Trauma Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory and driving sales growth through effective strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales goals and objectives
  • Market and promote Globus Medical products within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key trauma surgeon customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of medical device sales or territory management experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and territory management
  • Strong understanding of skeletal/orthopedic anatomy and medical device sales principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as necessary
