Lead Veterinarian Job Description

Medical Management International, Inc. (dba Banfield Pet Hospital) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of medical care and quality standards in our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform the duties of an Associate Veterinarian with a focus on regulatory and quality compliance.
  • Communicate and demonstrate a culture of quality and safety to optimize medical care, client experience, and hospital performance.
  • Serve as the Radiation Safety Officer for the hospital.
Requirements:
  • DVM degree (foreign equivalent accepted), CA veterinary license, and one year practicing as a veterinarian.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week to complete essential duties.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
