Job Title: Geotechnical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team at Kleinfelder. As a Geotechnical Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing geotechnical projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of field exploration programs and construction observation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with multidiscipline teams to prepare proposals and execute projects
  • Safely coordinate and execute field exploration programs, construction observation, and associated documentation
  • Complete engineering analysis, including soil and rock classification, shallow and deep foundation capacity, slope stability analysis, and geohazard evaluation
  • Partner with internal and external multidisciplinary teams during project development
  • Prepare Geotechnical Engineering reports, construction specifications, and drawings
  • Be actively involved during the construction phase of projects
  • Positively interact with client representatives
  • Develop scope of work, project budgets, work breakdown structures, and schedules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering or geology
  • 8-10 years of geotechnical/geological engineering experience
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Master's degree
  • PE and/or PG
  • Candidate within commuting distance of Exton, PA; Cranberry, PA; or Bridgeport, WV
