Geotechnical Project Manager

Kleinfelder is seeking a Geotechnical Project Manager to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic Region. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in-office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare proposals and execute projects
  • Safely coordinate and execute field exploration programs, construction observation, and associated documentation
  • Complete engineering analysis, including soil and rock classification, shallow and deep foundation capacity, and slope stability analysis
  • Partner with internal and external teams during project development
  • Prepare Geotechnical Engineering reports and construction specifications
  • Be actively involved during the construction phase of projects
  • Interact with client representatives and develop project budgets and schedules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/geotechnical engineering or geology
  • 8-10 years of geotechnical/geological engineering experience
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and geotechnical software packages
Preferred Skills:
  • Master's degree
  • PE and/or PG
  • Commuting distance from Exton, PA; Cranberry, PA; or Bridgeport, WV
