We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our leadership team as the Assistant Director at the New Ragon Children's Center. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our center's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development and Quality Assurance: Regularly monitor the center's programs to assess program quality and ensure that the children's learning is effectively documented and visible.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation.
- Team Leadership and Development: Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients.
- Education and Experience: Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required.
- Professional Qualifications: Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred.
- Health and Safety: Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and received COVID-19 booster and flu shot to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $62,920 - $78,650 per year.
