Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher and Center Staff Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities
  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes learning and exploration.
  • Partner with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of our center by working collaboratively with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
Qualifications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
