Staff Pharmacist Role

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Pharmacy Manager and leading your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance
  • Regulatory Compliance and Financial Management
  • Customer Service and Personnel Management
  • Inventory Management and Workflow Optimization

You'll also be responsible for keeping customers and patients healthy through adoption and management of patient care programs. This includes:

  • Leading with Heart – displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues
  • Motivating and Developing Your Team – balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address development opportunities
  • Identifying Business Opportunities and Contributing to Solutions – driving growth and improving performance in your pharmacy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • An active Pharmacy License in the state where you're employed
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
