Key Responsibilities- Assign tasks and prioritize work for team members
- Review and organize outgoing orders to ensure accuracy
- Identify areas for improvement and implement updates to existing work procedures
- Maintain a high level of visibility and access to employees on the warehouse floor
- Lead by example, train, and motivate staff
- Resolve warehouse-related issues with representatives from other departments
- Coordinate with the area manager to manage personnel issues and requests
- Maintain a working knowledge of all warehouse operations and Warehouse Management System functions
- Maintain safety programs and required safety training for warehouse staff
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience
- 0-3 years of leadership experience
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Able to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and time-sensitive environment

- Extreme Exposures: Works in areas requiring exposure to varying temperatures, extreme heat or cold, and damp or drafty conditions
- Schedule: Variable schedule, including nights and weekends - occasional overtime may be required
- Physical Requirements: Heavy; lifting up to 75 lbs, regularly lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs, and occasionally move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with a pallet jacket
- Travel Required: Yes - Limited; will be required to travel between multiple worksites based on volume and business needs

The pay range for this position is $20.70-$26.20. This hourly range may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, and salary range may not apply to other states. Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.
