Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and other trades.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish job requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of Life Safety code regulations and state and local building code regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
