We are seeking a seasoned Inside Account Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As an Inside Account Representative, you will work with specific, identified accounts, driving revenues and margins to ensure organizational profitability. You will be responsible for managing customer and territory P&L, generating new business through inbound and outbound calling, and coordinating with field sales teams to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and territory P&L, demonstrating critical thinking skills to successfully manage growth and profitability.
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound calling.
- Coordinate with field sales teams to answer RFPs and provide proposals to accounts.
- Identify business growth opportunities through research and execute growth plans for the sales territory.
- Build and maintain detailed account profiles for each customer, identifying opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings.
- Provide visibility to potential issues and challenges to Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and delegate repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
- Travel to TD SYNNEX and industry events as necessary.
- Collaborate with sales support to ensure quotes/orders are processed timely and accurately.
- Develop and maintain relationships at all levels with customers.
- Possess a basic understanding of TD SYNNEX strategy and initiatives and provide value proposition to customer base.
- Use project management skills to complete customer requests.
- 4-year degree and 1-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Possess strong data entry skills.
- Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local/regional language.
- Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
- Able to maintain and promote social, ethical, and organizational standards in conducting internal and external business activities.
