Thoracic Surgery Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner II to provide high-quality patient care in our thoracic surgery department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients undergoing surgical procedures and those who have undergone invasive procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a nurse practitioner.
- One (1) year of experience within the past three (3) years as a NP providing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures and/or those who have undergone surgical/invasive procedures.
- Masters Degree in Nursing required; Adult NP, Family Practice NP, Acute Care NP, or Pediatric NP completion required if practicing in a specific population.
- National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses certification preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
