About the RoleThis is a part-time position, approximately 30-35 hours per week, with the possibility of temporary morning help. The ideal candidate will have a patient and energetic disposition, with excellent administrative and organizational skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculums to address early childhood development needs.
- Encourage social interactions and self-esteem among children.
- Plan engaging lessons, including arts and crafts, supervised play, and storytelling.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Prepare for lessons by gathering materials and setting up workstations.
- 12 ECE or Child Development Units (minimum)
- Teaching experience with preschool children is preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
- Multicultural awareness.
- Ability to communicate with young children at their level.
