Senior Care Associate

About the Role
The Resident Care Associate is a vital member of our team at Trilogy Health Services, providing general non-certified routine services to our residents. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our residents, while also maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Support all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Respond promptly to resident call lights and ensure that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
- Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain communication with the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
- Provide great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
- Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable, including checking sitting position, hydration, and passing.
- Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- High School/GED
- 0-1 years of experience
