Key Responsibilities:- Perform an in-depth review of loan documentation to verify compliance with established guidelines.
- Assess credit submissions and collateral to ensure the quality of loan offerings.
- Complete necessary underwriting documentation and support the training of new team members.
- Advise management on loan approval recommendations.
- Uphold productivity benchmarks and adhere to decision-making timelines.
- Convey decisions to relevant stakeholders and maintain comprehensive underwriting records.
- Provide interpretations of guidelines and respond to audits promptly.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
- A minimum of three years of experience in mortgage underwriting.
