Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the Project Management Office (PMO) Team within the Business Performance department, leveraging analytical skills and thought leadership to drive project goals.
  • Facilitate internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives, tracking scope, schedule, and budget management.
  • Analyze data to identify and propose solutions to mitigate risks to project success.
  • Create progress reports and presentations for various internal audiences.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in project or program management.
  • Proven track record in managing software implementation projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with online project management tools like Monday, Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in energy or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics principles, SQL, statistics, and working with large data sets is preferred.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $122,000 USD, depending on factors such as work experience, certifications, and education.
