Job Title: Product and Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Engineering Manager to join our team at TCN. As a Product and Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the executive vision and market fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage technical roadmaps to drive product strategy and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop project requirements and execution strategies.
  • Monitor development, testing, and deployment activities to ensure code quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement steps to enhance team effectiveness and quality.
  • Lead a team of Software Engineers and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Support individual team members in establishing personal development plans and organizing career growth.
  • Ensure Software Engineers follow best practices and development standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field of study.
  • More than twelve years' experience in progressive roles supporting software engineering, product management, or related environment.
  • More than four years' experience working in a product management capacity in software life cycle development.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience across broad range of information technology (IT) specialty areas.
  • Experience defining systems strategy, including designing and prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
  • Expertise in successful development and delivery of multiple complex software solutions and maintenance projects.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to present views in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of management and employees.
