As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced Global Sourcing Manager to lead our procurement and sourcing strategies on a global scale.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Sourcing Manager with in-depth knowledge of diesel engine parts, foundry operations, and machining. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and building strong supplier relationships to drive our sourcing initiatives for high-quality diesel engine components. You will be a key player in ensuring our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for diesel engine parts.
  • Build and manage supplier relationships across foundries and machining facilities, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and reliability.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize cost and ensure supply chain continuity.
  • Oversee the entire supply chain from supplier selection through delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive sourcing projects and new product introductions.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and ensure adherence to quality and performance benchmarks.
  • Travel internationally to visit suppliers, conduct audits, and establish long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement within the heavy-duty diesel engine parts industry.
  • Deep understanding of diesel engine components, foundry processes, and machining of engine parts.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Proven track record of managing global supplier relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to relocate to or be based in St. George, Utah.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with heavy-duty brands like CAT, Cummins, Detroit, and Paccar engines.
  • Knowledge of international markets and sourcing practices.
  • Proficient in supplier quality control and performance improvement.
