Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

AG Globe Services is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of New York.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Covid-19 vaccine and booster shot.
  • Flu documentation.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a LPN.
