Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at OnPoint Medical Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality medical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist healthcare providers with examination and treatment of patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Complete intake and prepare patients for healthcare visits, verifying their information and medical history.
  • Document vital signs and populate electronic medical records accurately and timely.
  • Assist with point-of-care tests and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing patient communication.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an accredited healthcare program, such as Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, or EMT.
  • Nationally recognized certifications, such as CMA, preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with EMR systems.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in Family or Pediatrics.
