The MIL Corporation is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to lead our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role will play a critical part in overseeing the financial health of the company, leading the Director of Finance, Project Control and Billing departments, and managing various financial functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the company's annual budget and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.
- Administer the company's insurance programs, including policy renewals and claims management.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity position.
- Minimum 10 years of government contracting experience.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, and treasury management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations, with a projected compensation range of $175,000 - $205,000 per year.
