Key Responsibilities
  • Operations: Implement and adhere to policies and procedures, maintain a clean and organized environment, and inform management of supply needs.
  • Service: Provide outstanding service, greet and respond to customers with fast, efficient, friendly, personalized, and professional service.
  • Product: Follow company drink recipes and procedures, lead by example in educating the team on products and services, and taste products on a per-shift basis to ensure quality.
  • Training & Development: Demonstrate the ability to lead and communicate the Ralph's Coffee and Ralph Lauren ways, support technical training and standards, and ensure all team members can effectively deliver on expectations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Supervisor role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NYC food safety handler's certificate.
  • Open availability to work mornings, afternoons, weekends, and special events.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
