Cassia Community is seeking dedicated Part-Time Practical Nursing Specialists (LPNs) to contribute to our esteemed Health Care campus. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with residents, collaborate with the management team, and support a comprehensive Rehabilitation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit a respectful and courteous demeanor towards all residents, families, and colleagues.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician directives while monitoring their effectiveness.
- Oversee the management of medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Accurately document care using advanced computerized medication administration and charting systems.
- Communicate significant changes in residents' conditions to the Clinical Manager and attending physicians, taking necessary follow-up actions.
- Perform additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
- Possess a current MN Nursing license.
- CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- A genuine desire to care for the elderly and those in need.
Work Schedule:
Part-Time positions are available with flexible schedules, including evening and night shifts.
