Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Receiving Specialist to join our team at Entegee. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt and storage of incoming materials, as well as maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

• Unload trucks from vendors and verify package contents against purchase orders
• Communicate discrepancies to Purchasing and enter transactions into the Infor ERP system accurately
• Properly label and route incoming material to designated storage locations
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and work area, adhering to company standards and safety protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of Receiving experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 40+ lbs. unassisted
• Ability to operate material movement equipment (pallet jack, forklift, order picker) and strong computer skills
